Whether a child of your own or a new blessing from a close family member or friend, almost everyone knows someone who is expecting a new addition to the family in the next few months. A new baby is a joyous moment for all members in the family and one that should certainly be celebrated. Tradition has shown that during the pregnancy many gifts are given to the expectant family to assist with the new baby arriving. These gifts are typically given during a baby shower. Beginning in the early 2000s, however, a new type of gift emerged and began gaining popularity: a push gift.
